Whole wheat sheath fine, medium, coarse

The result of the first grinding process without any sifting.

Ground meal fine, medium, coarse (non-degermed)

The result of more grinding steps based on the coarseness and is, thanks to the previous sifting, void of any floury parts

The result of the final sifting and grounding process.

Whole wheat flour
